At Downies Collectables, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds; if you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition. Please note that limited edition releases and final sale items may be subject to specific return restrictions.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, labels, and protective bags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
